You can be the best manager, or the most productive employee, but if you make the customer unhappy, you are history. If the customer doesn’t want to come back, none of us will have a job. As long as you treat the customer the way you would like to be treated and act accordingly, your decisions will not be challenged.

Warranty work is to be given priority over new work. We’ve already angered the customer by doing the job wrong. Let’s not anger them more by delaying the repair. Correct it as soon as possible. Treat the customer the way you’d like to be treated.

We do our job to the best of our ability every day and all day without requiring supervision.

Steele Kennett is a results-oriented technology executive with a track record of delivering business outcomes. Before joining Redi Carpet, he spent 15 years in the multifamily industry, providing the infrastructure and leadership to support $4.7 billion in real estate transactions. At Redi Carpet, he is responsible for all Information Technology infrastructure and systems.

Tammy Tupper Dimmig grew up in the Finger Lakes Region of NY and moved to Arizona with her family in 2004. As an experienced salesperson and Sales Manager, Tammy joined Redi Carpet in 2009 as an Account Manager in Tucson, Arizona. Tammy became the GM of the Tucson branch in 2012, successfully increasing the branch’s sales, as well as operational capacity. In 2019 she moved to Virginia and began overseeing six branches in the Mid-Atlantic in her new role as the Regional Vice President. She is happy to be back on the East Coast and is excited for continued growth with Redi Carpet.

Tammy has a background in Interior Design & enjoys assisting clients beyond their flooring selections. Tammy is an Arizona Multihousing Association Lyceum Graduate and has sat on the Board of Directors multiple times. She has also chaired and sat on many AMA committees and is especially proud of her work with the AMA Charitable Foundation.

Jeff Melton is the Vice President of National Accounts for Redi Carpet.  His primary responsibility is to create tailored flooring programs to national and regional management companies, that provide unmatched value for hundreds of partners throughout the United States.  His team consists of a Director of National Accounts and five Regional Account Directors across the country who work closely with him in developing impactful programs for owners and management companies.  He also executes all programs through a network of over 200 sales and management associates.

Prior to joining Redi Carpet in 2010, Jeff was the Vice President of Seagull Floors – Texas from 2006-2010 and the Director of National Accounts for a national MRO company from 1998-2006.  Jeff has dedicated his entire professional career to the multi-family industry since 1985 and has been active in apartment associations at the local, state, and national levels.

Curt Graulich started with Redi Carpet as the General Manager in the Orlando market in 2004. He was promoted in 2010 to his current role as Vice President of the Southeast region, which includes 5 branches: Atlanta, Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, and South Florida.

Prior to joining Redi Carpet, Curt served as the President at The Carpet Company in Orlando for 7 years. He has also owned his own flooring business, Central Florida Carpets Inc., from 1985 until 1994 where he serviced single-family and multi-family new construction. Most of his floorcovering career has been dedicated to the multi-family industry.

Curt is a native Floridian. Born in Fort Lauderdale, Curt moved to the Central Florida area as a child and has been there ever since.

Harvey Rosenberg joined Redi Carpet as a General Manager in October 2018. He was then promoted to Regional Vice President in January of 2019 with responsibility for Redi’s existing branches as well as future growth in the Northeast region. In his role as Regional Vice President, Harvey works with branches in Washington DC, Philadelphia PA, Central/Northern NJ, and Boston, MA.

Prior to joining Redi Carpet, Mr. Rosenberg enjoyed a 20-year career as Vice President of Sales with where he won numerous awards, including the President’s Club award as the company’s top producer. Harvey is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with degrees in Communications and Business Management. He is a long time resident and native of New Jersey.

Dave Janecek entered the multi-family industry in 1983, upon graduating from the University of Texas in Austin with a degree in Business Management.  With three decades of experience in the industry, the statement “once you get in this industry you can never leave”, certainly applies to Mr. Janecek.

After serving 19 years with Cort Furniture in numerous management roles, he owned and operated Household Appliance Rentals and Housing Helpers 14 years.  After selling his businesses and retiring in 2015, he returned to the industry with Redi Carpet in 2016 as the General Manager in Denver. In this role, Dave oversaw the Operations, Administrative, and Sales Departments and guided the branch through a facility move while earning significant revenue growth.

Dave assumed the Vice President of the Western Region’s responsibilities in late 2018. In this role, he oversees the GM’s in Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, Tucson, Phoenix, and Denver. Dave’s region is the first to launch Redi Carpet’s newest proprietary software and is now helping to develop the first Regional Customer Service Center.

John Hagan is the Senior Vice-President of the Western Division at Redi Carpet. He joined Redi Carpet in 1993 to open the first branch outside of Texas, in Denver. He has helped establish additional footprints in various markets throughout the country, in addition to enhancing the development of several acquisitions.

Currently, John oversees 13 branches throughout the country, including Colorado, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Indiana, and Ohio. He is passionate about leadership and strives to foster a culture of purpose and trust in which our people really want to come to work, knowing they are part of a community that takes pride in how we serve our customers.

Mike Mosley is the Senior Vice President for Redi Carpet’s Eastern Division.  He is responsible for growth, operational excellence, and strategy for fifteen branch locations throughout the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Northeast regions. In addition, he heads up the Customer Services and Inventory Management teams for the company. Mike is active in Training and Development, where he serves on the Leadership Development Committee. He joined Redi Carpet in 2014 and has been in the multifamily flooring business since 1994.

Mike graduated from the University of North Texas with a BBA degree in Production/Operations Management. Throughout his career, he has been active in the apartment associations at the local, state, and national levels. Originally from Dallas, Mike now lives in the Houston area.

David Rosenwasser is the Senior Vice President of Business Development. His primary responsibilities include mergers and acquisitions as well as the development of new products and services for Redi Carpet in the multi-family arena. David also oversees our California branches, where Redi Carpet has recently expanded its footprint.

Mr. Rosenwasser holds a BBA from Texas A&M University and a J.D. from New York Law School. David has been with Redi Carpet since 2018 and brings with him a wide range of management, operational as well as financial experience, having served in executive management positions of engineering and oil & gas companies both in the United States and abroad.

Erik Olsen joined Redi Carpet as CFO in September 2010. He is responsible for the overall financial and HR strategy of the company. A Certified Public Accountant, Erik has over two decades of experience in Accounting, Sales, and Finance. Erik holds an Accounting degree from the University of Delaware and is married with four children.

Jerry Hosko A visionary leader with unequivocal foresight, Jerry is responsible for the daily operations of Redi Carpet.  A pioneer in the flooring industry for almost 50 years, Jerry has served as Redi’s President & COO since 1999. His experience and leadership have been instrumental in developing Redi Carpet’s innovative flooring solutions, driving profitable revenue growth, and cultivating its customer-centric culture.  Jerry works with our CEO to advance the organization’s vision, core values, strategic priorities, and growth goals.

Brian Caress is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Redi Carpet. As CEO, Brian is actively involved and responsible for the culture, strategy, and growth of the organization.

Brian first joined Redi Carpet as a warehouseman in 1988. After working in the supply room and the customer service department, he accepted a multifamily sales position. In 1992, he left Redi and moved to Denver where he eventually opened Caress Flooring Contractors. In 1998 Brian returned home to his family and Redi Carpet where he took a position as an REO Account Manager.

Since then, he has served in various roles of increasing responsibility including General Manager, Regional Vice President, Executive Vice President, and Co-President before moving into his current roles in 2017.

Brian is an avid meteorite enthusiast and currently has an extensive collection of specimens from around the world and is active in the community and supports several causes that are near and dear to his heart.
