Laminate

Laminate is the best choice for property managers because of its affordability, durability, and a natural look that imitates a more expensive floor.  Laminate flooring comes in a variety of finishes and handles scratches, wear and tear better than traditional hardwood.

L

aminate, the newest type of flooring, is becoming an increasingly popular choice for property management because of its affordability, durability, and a natural look that imitates a more expensive floor. Additionally, laminate can last longer than sturdier woods making it an excellent alternative to traditional hardwood.

Laminate flooring is not going to trick anyone into thinking it’s a hardwood, stone, or brick, but it will make most take a second look. Simply put, it’s an ultra-durable, more affordable product, that looks like a real wood or stone floor.
